We are thrilled to have successfully hosted our 3rd Annual GHP Summit this year at Union Terminal! Students from Cincinnati Public Schools, Norwood Public Schools, and Winton Woods Public Schools participated in a half-day summit packed with engaging sessions on Menstrual Education & Products, Mental Health, Meditation, and Social Media.
This year, we were excited to introduce a new session: the Life After High School panel. The panel highlighted that there are many paths to success, whether it’s following your creative passion, pursuing a college degree, or something entirely unique. Special thanks to Ron Blassingame and Kellie Ford for sharing their valuable insights on how to keep pushing towards your dreams, no matter the challenges.

Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower students experiencing menstruation and their support systems by providing resources that build informed and inclusive communities.
Girls Health Period was started in 2018 by a former teacher, Brittani Gray. After leaving the education sector, Brittani wanted to continue to ensure that students didn’t have to miss school because of their menstrual cycle, as was common practice.
After donating menstrual products and providing education to one school, it quickly grew to 47 schools, group homes, and various local community organizations.
